God, I had just a wonderful dream~! As you can see, I was swimming inside the buttercream of a cupcake and eating it~ xP My Owner told me that he had the same dream, since he and I share many things together~ The taste of this buttercream felt like grape and blue berry, which made me feel so insane towards this cupcake~ Though we weren’t able to eat it all since my Owner’s big brother woke us up to prepare to go to school. u_u Kanato had the urge of killing him as always.
Me and my Owner found this lovely recipe today, and decided to give it a try~ To be honest, we are always kind of nervous and excited whenever we prepare something new for Kanato-kun and Teddy, but they are always very satisfied with the desserts we make them~! ^^
My Owner consumes many amounts of sugar everyday, but since he is a Vampire, he has no health problems with this sweet element. However, you’re humans; you can have problems with your health if you don’t control yourselves. Eating sweets things is good for you once for a while anyway~ Did you hear about the “sweet attack“? You can get it if you don’t consume something sweet and appetizing for a good while, causing you to eat a huge amount of sugar in one day suddenly. Though my Owner has many of these attacks almost all the time~ Hehe~
My Owner and me love chocolate soooo much~~! But the only one that we hate is the bitter one. My Owner felt so surprised and disappointed about it. “Chocolates have to be sweet! Not bitter!”, he shouted.
Well, about the next thing I’m going to talk about is this wonderful candy and the benefits it has~! Kanato is not interest in such things to know, but he has the will of reading a bit, at least~
My Owner, Kanato Sakamaki, and me got some sweets from one of his big brothers, Reiji Sakamaki. Reiji is not always doing the favors that my Owner asks to him, but after asking him many times and crying loudly, he prepared them just to shut him up. >x> (Even though my Owner is 17 years old, he cries a lot). But here they are~! Our favorite one is the cupcake that has my face~! Look at it, it’s so adorable~! ^w^

My Owner and me love Roses soooo much~! It’s our favorite flower~ And when we see a delicious buttercream Rose on top of a cupcake, it’s even better and beautiful~! ^^
Cupcakes are wonderful~~! It’s amazing that there are many ways you can use to prepare them~! But each one has their own likes and methods~ My Owner liked the sour cream and the eggs yolks cupcakes so much, just like me~ ^^
Yes, they are popular. But you can find Cupcakes at the grocery store bakery are either bland or cloyingly sweet. Besides, so many have an awful crumbly or greasy texture and artificial aftertaste. And you will be agree with my Owner and me when we comment that Homemade cupcakes are always better. Though small changes in the flour, fat, baking times, and baking temperatures can result in very different cupcakes.
Buttercream~! Yeeey~! My Owner and I love to use it almost in everything to turn it into something sweet~ Though he is a bit exaggerated sometimes~ ^^” My Owner always tries to do the best of the best, and I’m agree with him. The best way to make a buttercream is how to make it ahead of time and how to customize it with over a dozen flavor options~
