Well, after seeing some benefits of ginger, what it we take a look at this recipe with ginger~? ^^ It’s about the true Caribbean gingerbread which overflows with the strong flavors of molasses and fresh ginger root, making it both sticky and spicy, and in no way resembles the gingerbread made from a box mix. We prefer having a strong sweet flavor instead of a ginger one, but this bread was not that bad for us.
